In 1982 Jesse and Karen Esquivel established Quality Erectors & Construction Co. Inc. as a WBE/MBE/DBE company. Quality Erectors & Construction Co., Inc. is a union shop signatory to the California Field Ironworkers holding a Class B, C-51, C-13, and C-39 licenses with the State of California Contractors Licensing Bureau.

Jesse Esquivel joined the Union Ironworker Apprenticeship in 1967 completing his apprenticeship and working exclusively in this industry.

Quality Erectors & Construction Co., Inc. has a proven reputation for bringing projects in on time and within budget and for always utilizing all measures to ensure each project is completed safely, with integrity and attention to detail.

Along with our Garco and Butler Dealership we also furnish and install architectural roof paneling, bar joist installation, and miscellaneous steel structures.

Safety

Quality Erectors & Construction Co., Inc. is committed to the safety and health of all our employees and has established a thorough safety and health policy applicable to all phases of operations.

Our goal is to eliminate personal injuries, occupational illnesses, damage to equipment and property, and protection of these when interacting with the general public during the course of construction. Safety inspections are performed daily by the job foremen to identify any potential safety risks and hazards on the jobsite. In addition, we require that each site foreman has a CPR and Basic First Aid Certification.

Weekly inspections are performed by the project manager following a detailed checklist. Periodic examinations of work operations, equipment, storage areas and facilities are conducted by field management personnel.

All field personnel have received additional training and are certified operators for aerial lift equipment, forklift and scaffolding.
